We care about the environment, that's why we decided to change our packaging. We opt for a high-end bottle, made from 80% recycled glass, produced locally in France.
History
Breizh'Cool is a Breton artisanal distillery specializing in the production of organic spirits. Founded in August 2016 near Rennes, it is run by three passionate friends who share strong human and environmental values.
Our distillery promotes quality products, while respecting the environment and promoting short circuits. We are proud to contribute to the promotion of Breton products and to make people discover our craftsmanship.
Expertise
With us, the production of rums is a matter of passion and know-how. We control the entire production process, from fermentation to bottling, including distillation, reduction and aging. Each step is meticulously controlled to guarantee exceptional rums with an authentic and unique taste.
We also use the same manufacturing process for our liqueurs, gins and pastis as that used for essential oils: steam extraction. This gentle and natural method preserves the quality and aroma of the plants used, for authentic and fragrant liqueurs and spirits.
