Cask strength is the most authentic expression of the spirit. This new edition results from aging in ex-white wine barrels, Chardonnay, then finishing in an old rum barrel. NOSE: Rich, complex. The retro-olfaction is delicious, candied plum. Vanilla ice cream and coconut gradually develop a new olfactory palette. PALATE: Balanced, dynamic, notes of rum baba, almond, apricot notes.
