A replica of the historic Edouard Pernod absinthe, Esprit Edouard absinthe is a distillation absinthe produced at the Combier distillery in Saumur in the distillery's historic copper stills. It is an identical reproduction of the famous Edouard Pernod absinthe, considered one of the best absinthes during the Belle Epoque. By tasting this absinthe you will have a unique experience: Taste exactly the same absinthe as the Edouard Pernod produced until 1915. Light olive green in color, it has a thick and immediate ladle. Its aromas are extremely complex, rich and aniseed. On the palate, anise, grand absinthe and fennel harmonize to finish on a voluptuous sweetness.
