In 2010 Franck Choisne succeeded in having the 1988 decree which prohibited the use of fennel in the production of absinthe amended. It is to mark this historic achievement that Franck Choisne has developed L’Entêté; a green absinthe naturally colored with chlorophyll. 9 ingredients compose it to give it its pretty soft green color, its nose of fennel and anise followed by a balanced palate between the sweetness of fennel and the flowery power of grand absinthe. Underlined by a slight bitterness ending on anise, L’Entêté is surprisingly complex.
