Semi-candied cherries 100 cl Combier 15° (alcohol)

After harvesting, the cherries are sorted and then left to macerate in neutral alcohol. They are then pitted and left to macerate in an alcoholic mixture containing sugar and Kirsch. This produces a product with a very fine taste, suitable for consumption on its own or to enhance your ice creams, pastries or chocolates. Some gourmets use it to enhance game or foie gras recipes. and of course as a garnish for your cocktails
