Raspberry liqueur/cream 70cL - 17°

Made from an infusion of raspberries from our region (when the season allows it!), this cream has the gourmet, sweet characteristics as well as a slight hint of acidity, typical of fresh raspberries. It is prepared in the traditional way: maceration in neutral alcohol for 3/4 months in our cellars then light pressing to make a particularly fragrant fruit infusion.
