Distillerie Couderc has been an artisan liquorist since 1908 based in Auvergne, serving quality, generosity, 100% local, 100% artisanal.
The department of Cantal takes its name from the mountain range which culminates at 1855 meters, a remnant of the largest visible stratovolcano in Europe which appeared around 13 million years ago.
It is on this same terroir that the artisanal distillery Louis Couderc was founded in 1908 and that the emblematic Liqueur de Gentiane was born.
The collection now includes a range of liqueurs and creams, always produced in accordance with the FAMILY TRADITION.
The constant attention paid to the TASTE QUALITY of the specialties is rewarded each year during national competitions.
In 2021, the Aurillac-based company celebrates the release of its millionth bottle of gentian and continues to INNOVATE by carrying out extensive renovation work in connection with the ecological transition.
A century after its beginnings, the story of the Couderc Distillery has only just begun...
