SPIRIT OF JUNIPER

Juniper spirit is a Gin, an eau de vie resulting from the distillation of grape marc coming exclusively from the Barbonne-Fayel vineyard and juniper berries. 70 cl 40° Brandies were developed in the Middle Ages by alchemists who were trying to create an elixir of long life. Those from the Distillerie de la Forge do not make this kind of promise, but are savored just for their taste. Whether you enjoy them after the meal as a digestive or use them before it in cooking, our natural eaux-de-vie only perpetuate the quintessence of the fruits, the flavor and aroma of which they preciously preserve. A selection of the heart of heating and aging carried out at the distillery in ideal conditions for you and your taste buds.
