LICORICE LIQUEUR

Licorice liqueur is made with licorice sticks, mint leaves from our gardens, vanilla pods from Madagascar, sugar and our alcohol. Alcohol level: 36° Our artisanal and natural liqueurs are obtained by maceration of our alcohol distilled over a wood fire on our copper stills. For our macerations, we use fresh, whole fruits, berries, plants and roots directly from producers or from our garden. The spices used are whole and of high quality, they are crushed, crushed or grated at the distillery to express all their aromas. Our liqueurs can be enjoyed fresh or at room temperature, in kir, in cocktails.
