Our GIN comes from an old recipe from yesteryear. We are in fact from a family of distillers and we are perpetuating the tradition. The plants are organic and come from the Pays de la Loire region. Distillation is carried out traditionally with our copper still. The distillation is very slow which ensures that all the aromas are preserved. Our product is unfiltered and there are no additives.
