Our Pastis Angevin “Le Petit Paul” comes from an old recipe from yesteryear. We are in fact from a family of distillers and we are perpetuating the tradition. Our Pastis bears the name of its creator: “Le Petit Paul”. The herbal recipe is as old as he is. The ingredients are organic and from the Pays de la Loire region. Distillation is carried out traditionally with our copper still. The distillation is very slow which ensures that all the aromas are preserved. Our product is unfiltered and there are no additives.
