
Our Antique Peated Spirit Malt comes from an old recipe from yesteryear. We are in fact from a family of distillers and we are perpetuating the tradition. The barley malts are organic and come from malting plants in the Pays de la Loire region. Distillation is carried out traditionally with our copper still. The distillation is very slow which ensures that all the aromas are preserved. The whisky is then aged in Savennières oak barrels. Our product is unfiltered and there are no additives. Everything is natural. We like the frank attacks: it's 50 degrees of power. The eye A magnificent transparent amber The nose Intense notes of pure dried cocoa and a light, vegetal peat. The palate A lively attack with light peaty notes and a long, ample finish that does not saturate the palate with peat.
