Brother and sister, we have created the Òrt distillery, the "garden" in Occitan, on our grandparents' farm in Périgord.
We offer you spirits with daring taste and very low impact on the environment. Our spirits are distilled with spring water in a still designed to measure by a Perigord craftsman. Unique feature in France: it heats up using solar energy! The cooling water is recycled between each distillation.
We cultivate on site the aromatic plants which constitute the essence of our spirits: lemon thyme, marjoram, juniper, lavender, rosemary, chamomile, verbena, hyssop ...
Our cultures and our spirits are certified organic farming.
