Gin from our Gardens

An organic gin resolutely in tune with its times. An ecological gin, a gin of character, a regional gin. We have selected 12 plants to create our version of French gin. Thyme, rosemary, oregano, lavender and juniper plants are organically planted on the farm. Spices such as pink pepper, cardamom and citrus come from partner producers in organic farming.
