KARINI-Cocktail

The perfect cocktail for this summer! We produced Karini in collaboration with the Little Red Door and Ernest Spirits teams. Karini Rosé is the first in a long series of cocktails imagined around convivial moments. And what could be better than a good glass of rosé in the sun, for a picnic at the beach or by a canal? Karini is a cocktail made from fruit distillates (white peach, pink grapefruit, banana) macerated with plants and carbonated. Simply serve in a tall glass with ice cubes. It develops light notes of agricultural rum, citrus fruits and flowers. The palate is fresh, slightly sweet with a slight bitterness on the finish. The ideal companion for sunny days ahead.
