Guimard Pastis Charentais

For this pastis, our Cellar Master was inspired by the know-how, the terroir and the climate specific to our identity. The Charente, its oceanic climate, mild and sunny, inspired it with a radiant recipe based on star anise. An elegant nose with a first note of anise which then gives way to aromas of fennel, liquorice, thyme and light spices. A frank and balanced attack on the palate, good intensity with good aromatic persistence. Alc. 45%
