The Bitter Sea

Maceration and distillation of local wild plants (maritime absinthe & maceron) and current finds in our recycled beer brandy, lightly sweetened with revalued honey. A herbaceous and slightly peppery nose with a fine bitterness released in the mouth. It can be enjoyed with a tonic, in a Negroni, accompanied by a blond beer or as a digestif.
