Maceration of organic lemon peels collected from local ice cream and jam makers in our beer brandy distilled from revalued beers, lightly sweetened with downgraded honey. A floral explosion on the nose, a fresh mouth with a delicate bitterness. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif, digestive or in a cocktail such as the Limoncello Spritz. TAV: 23% Alc
