Sometimes luck does things right. And so, a Londoner met a Pyrenean mountain dweller with the same ambition: to create an atypical gin. It is with this objective that they began to distill gin in the heart of the Gavarnie valley and to their surprise discovered the benefits of distillation at altitude. After long research, the first artisanal gin of the Hautes-Pyrénées was born, based on génépi, mountain water and carefully selected aromatics, but above all a gin unlike any other. 43 °
