LONDON DRY GIN ASCENDANCE Ascendance Gin is a London dry gin, as all the ingredients are distilled together. Perfectly clear, it was not filtered after reduction. A very floral and fresh nose of gentian, like a breath of mountain air. The intense palate opens with juniper and generous fruity and floral notes. The slight bitterness of the hops combines with touches of liquorice. The smooth and long finish stretches over gentian without earthy aromas. Perfect as a gin and tonic or gin fizz, Ascendance Gin goes well with seafood and shellfish. Nose: - A very floral and fresh first nose between juniper and gentian - At the edge of the glass, the nose is fruitier and sweeter. On the palate: - A round attack of juniper with its mixture of fruit and white flower, followed by a discreet hint of hops. -The finish is all sweet and smooth gentian without any earthiness. Very fresh, its length is most pleasant. Technique: - In the still, distillation with all the ingredients wild juniper berries, hops and gentian root.
