With Herboriste we invite you on a taste journey into the warm and shimmering flavors of the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. Every summer, we pick our organic juniper berries in France. In the still, most of the aromatics rub shoulders with juniper berries for a fusion and a very fine expression. Then we adjust our recipe using macerates in pure juniper berry distillate. Herboriste is a distilled blended GIN, Organic Feeling on the nose: - A very spicy and floral first nose of cumin and juniper berry. -At the edge of the glass, the nose is rounder, the coriander asserts itself with a slight hint of citrus and furtive notes of pepper. On the palate: - A warm and powerful attack of cumin rounded by sweet coriander mixed with Juniper berry, followed by a delicate peppery hint. -A light lemon flavor develops on the back of the palate - The finish is an alternation between spice and sweet gentian, which in turn return to the palate with brief notes of lemongrass.
