Gin New Delhi

Gold medalist at the Lyon International Competition, our Breton New Delhi gin is very different from our Caracas gin and moves towards a fresher side, notably with the presence of ginger. We will then have the lemon peels which will bring the pearly color and the acidity. There will also be the floral side with coriander seeds and cardamom pods. To keep the identity of our gin, we will find the same base as Caracas with juniper berries, pollen and angelica roots. This gin pays homage to India and its megacity full of oriental flavors where most of the ingredients in our recipe come from. On the nose, the lemon peels unscrupulously introduce themselves to bring a beautiful freshness while the ginger presents itself delicately on the palate with its own identity without being aggressive. On the finish, the cardamom is not left out since it manifests itself with a pleasant and diffuse length. Our New Delhi Breton gin has a beautiful bitterness and will conquer all lovers of a real authentic gin. Enjoy with a classic tonic with a nice lemon zest or as a gin fizz.
