Our “Reine des Prés” gin is not what you imagine… The result of a unique collaboration with Suzanne Waymel, Michelin-starred Chef at the L’Odas restaurant in Rouen, this gin is a tribute to the Normandy region and to childhood memories in the Chef’s family orchard. The freshness of our Normandie Dry is enhanced by Rubinette apples from the family estate, the floral delicacy of meadowsweet, and a warm touch provided by cinnamon buds.
