
Our "Peated" Whisky is not what you imagine... A complex recipe of organic barley malts brewed in our distillery, then slowly distilled in our column still made in France. Aged in French oak barrels. Each bottle is produced in small series, numbered and comes from a "single barrel" ensuring the traceability and exclusivity of each production. End of summer in a Norman farmhouse, notes of pure cocoa and drying straw, subtly peaty. Our artisanal creations will take you off the beaten track. The eye A beautiful cloudy amber and generous tears. The nose Intense notes of pure dried cocoa and light, vegetal peat. The mouth A silky welcome in the mouth thanks to our still. A lively attack with light peaty notes. The cocoa flavors intermingle with those of a fine vegetable, herbaceous peat. A long, ample finish which does not saturate the palate with peat. Troubled because it is not filtered, this product without additives has not been mixed with shavings!
