We are an independent distillery based in Nice, on a human scale, where everything is done in-house: from harvesting to bottling. Our creations are designed as pure expressions of the land that surrounds us, without artifice or compromise.
For our liqueurs, we work exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients, hand-picked by us or by our dear partners. This radical choice forces us to adapt our recipes to the natural rhythm of the harvests – and not the other way around. This is our way of staying true to our vision of “drinking less but better”.
