Café mon amour Roasted coffee bean spirit THIS IS NOT A LIQUEUR This brandy is made by infusing and distilling organic, fair-trade coffee beans from Nicaragua. These 100% Arabica beans are carefully selected and roasted with love in Lorraine by our artisan friend Jonathan Dietz from the Grainoully roasting workshop near Metz. Cold extraction brings out delicate notes of cocoa and salted butter caramel which bring a sweetness that balances the power of the roasting. This distillate with an intense aromatic profile can be enjoyed pure or with an espresso. Nose: Intense roasted coffee beans. Palate: Intense roasting balanced by notes of cocoa and caramel.
