Sunday Morning Coffee, Croissant & Blackberry Liqueur This liqueur is made by macerating specialty coffee beans, all-butter croissants, and blackberries in our Café mon amour spirit. These 100% Arabica beans are carefully selected and roasted with love in Lorraine by our artisan friend Jonathan Dietz from the Grainoully roasting workshop. The strength of the coffee, the roundness of the croissants and the fruitiness of the blackberries evoke the gourmet pleasure of a Sunday morning breakfast. HAS Enjoy in a cocktail, on vanilla ice cream, or neat to accompany a dessert like apple pie. Nose: Deep coffee and brioche. Palate: Gourmet with notes of butter and coating brioche, cocoa and caramel balanced by the fruity acidity of blackberries and the intensity of coffee.
