There are very few of us in France who carry out the entire manufacturing process. So to promote this know-how, we have made our distillery a place of life open to all. Our distillery is a 19th century building. Originally a former coaching inn, which became a flea market, we restored this place to install our stills and produce our spirits in small batches. We also offer on-site tastings, distillation initiations and educational visits on our crafts.

Recipes with perfect alchemy
All our alcohols are made by us, from brewing the malt to fermenting the must, from distillation to aging the product.
To do this, we work with local and even ultra-local producers to promote our cold land, our terroir. From these raw materials, we carry out meticulous work to obtain original, tasty and refined distillates.
