PALE rum is a blend of white rums distilled in a still and column, from three distinct terroirs: Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. The rum is then matured for 3 months in cognac barrels in the house's cellars in Jarnac. SEASON PALE is a fruity rum with light notes of vanilla and flambéed banana with a honeyed finish. 40%
