RUM RESERVE SEASON

SEASON RESERVE is a blend of rums distilled in a still and column from three distinct terroirs: Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. The selected rums have already aged for almost 8 years in American white oak barrels. Each of its lots will be matured separately for 12 months in old cognac barrels, before being blended by Jérôme. It is a powerful and delicious rum with hints of spices and fruit. It is very balanced and harmonious with a good length in the mouth. 43.5%
