SHERRY CASK is a blend of rums distilled in a still and column from two distinct terroirs: Barbados and Trinidad. The selected rums have already aged for nearly 5 years in old Bourbon barrels. They will then be refined for 12 months in old cognac barrels and 3 months in old Sherry barrels. A barrel-by-barrel blending will finally be carried out by Jérôme.
