Far from the clichés of category, this is not one of those sweet rums stuffed with sugar and colorings but quite the opposite of an authentic rum, with little sugar added (15g) and zero coloring, a blend of rums from the Dominican Republic (approx. 80%) and Venezuela (approx. 20%) slowly infused with black pepper, ginger, licorice, vanilla, nutmeg, etc. for 2 weeks. The rum obtained after maceration is thus naturally spicy and fruity. Tasted alone or in a cocktail, it is a pure delight on the palate!
