El Dorado - Diamond Coffey Uitvlug 22 years - 2000

This limited edition - Last Casks - is made from a rum aged one year distilled with the Diamond Coffey still and aged for 21 years in barrels that were used to age Pot Still rum at the Uitvlugt distillery, before its closure in 2000.   This rum was artfully crafted by the late Master Distiller George Robinson and aged for 22 years in the barrel warehouse of the company in Guyana.
