Sathenay - Blackcurrant cream

Crème de cassis is the flagship product of the Sathenay range. For his realization, the famous variety of Cassis Noir de Bourgogne, the most aromatic in world and harvested in France, is mainly used. Rigorously Selected, the berries are quickly transported to Nuits-Saint-Georges. the development process respects the fruit and takes into account its fragility: the maceration of blackcurrant berries in alcohol takes place in rotating stainless steel vats, protected from air and light. After passing through the press, the infusions racked are sweetened exclusively with French dry sugar: they do not contain no additives.
