Topanito - Tequila Bianco

Topanito represents both the home of the gods, Topan, and the "Gift of the Gods", Tequila. Through a unique range based exclusively in Mexico. The agaves used to make this tequila come from Casa Mastri, an estate renowned for its superior quality. The agave is cooked for 36 to 54 hours to loosen the fibers and release the sugars. Some of the agaves are cooked in a traditional oven to keep this authentic side. Tasting notes In this white tequila, the agave aromas remain strongly present. It is complemented with citrus fruits and spices. Lemon and green pepper stand out in the mouth with a long, full-bodied finish.
