In 2018, in the heart of Vignobles Villebois, the adventure in the world of alcohol-free products began. Guided by an avant-garde vision, the brand has put Sauvignon Blanc, the flagship grape variety of the Loire, in the spotlight. With a partner in the United States, the first product was launched: a Wine Seltzer, an innovative drink made from Loire wine, carbonated water, without additives, and only 69 calories with 4.8% alcohol. After this first successful experience, the path continued with the launch of 0.0% dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc. This daring project is the result of months of research, combining artisanal techniques and modern dealcoholization methods. Today, the range of dealcoholized wines has been expanded to include a Chenin Blanc, a Rosé and a Pinot Noir Rouge, including Vigneron, the first dealcoholized Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire region, produced in collaboration with oenologist Alessandro Bariè. DIVIN NOLOW thus asserts itself as a leader in the quality of dealcoholized wines and is already present in 40 countries.
