DMIAH is a craft business that is the result of a project by a passionate about Africa and cooking. Her ambition is to introduce people to the African cuisine that she is used to eating, products that are rarely found on the food shelves.
In 2021, Habibatou BOURVIEUX, who is at the origin of the DMIAH brand, decides to carry out a professional retraining in order to fully indulge in his passion for cooking. She started the adventure, after having completed food training, to perfect her skills and acquire essential knowledge for the profession of canner. In addition, she has surrounded herself with key players, such as a chief consultant, the CTCPA and the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, in order to make this project a success.
Our desire is to introduce as many people as possible to the gastronomy that abounds in West and Central Africa, there are as many variations of a dish as there are ethnic groups, so we might as well tell you the multitude of existing dishes.
My range of products is made up of essential sauces, jams, syrups and drinks from Africa. Although the specialties are African, the majority of the components of our recipes come from French producers in order to maintain an eco-responsible ethic.
However, some products come from Africa in order to keep a taste quality but also because these products are the cradle of Africa.
