DMIAH is a small business that is the result of a project by someone passionate about Africa and cooking. Her ambition is to introduce people to the African cuisine that she is used to eating, products that are very rarely found on food shelves.
In 2021, Habibatou BOURVIEUX, who is behind the DMIAH brand, decided to make a professional change in order to fully devote herself to her passion for cooking. She started the adventure after completing food training to perfect her skills and acquire essential knowledge for the canning profession. In addition, she surrounded herself with key players, such as a chief consultant, the CTCPA and the chamber of trades and crafts, in order to make this project a success.
Our aim is to introduce as many people as possible to the gastronomy that abounds in West and Central Africa; there are as many variations of a dish as there are ethnic groups, so you can imagine the multitude of dishes that exist.
My product range consists of essential sauces, jams, syrups and drinks from Africa. Although our specialties are African, the majority of ingredients in our recipes come from French producers to maintain an eco-responsible approach.
However, some products are sourced from Africa to preserve their flavor and because these products represent the cradle of African agriculture.
