En 2007, Jean-Jacques de Gruben, amoureux inconditionnel du chocolat belge, reprend les rênes de la chocolaterie Dolfin. Il perpétue et renforce cette tradition d’excellence avec l’élaboration de nouvelles recettes et l’élargissement du réseau de distribution à l’international.

From its beginnings, the Dolfin chocolate factory has evolved and sought to take part in the environmental and societal challenges of tomorrow. A pioneer in this field, it is committed to more sustainable and ethical chocolate production and in 2008 became the first Belgian chocolate factory certified carbon neutral.
