Dolia Café is the production of an innovative and original caffeinated drink: Cold Brew. Unlike smoothies, cold brew is cold brewed, which makes it smoother and more aromatic.
Dolia café brews its own Cold Brew in Chateauneuf-du-Pape according to a carefully developed recipe. The Cold Brew is then pasteurized for better conservation, before being packaged in bottles or bag-in-box.
“I am proud to be the first coffee brewery in France to select, roast and brew my own coffee in my workshop.
I only work with 100% Arabica coffees, from specialty coffee. The aromatic profile of each selected grain allows me to create 100% natural drinks with a very distinct taste result. So each range of cold brew has its own identity."
