Presentation: Apotéosie is a unique white wine, emblematic of Domaine Beauvence. This blend of old Ugni Blanc vines (over 50 years old), the historic grape variety of Provençal identity, used for its finesse, with young Roll vines, which bring freshness and tension, produces a delicate white wine. Aging for one year in stoneware amphorae preserves the purity of the fruit while adding complexity and texture thanks to a subtle exchange with air.
