White Wine - Still - 75cl - 2022 - La Didascalie - AOP Luberon, Rhone Valley, France

Organic cultivation. Harvested manually in the morning to take advantage of the coolness of the night, the grapes are destemmed before being pressed and vinified, independently for each variety, in stainless steel vats. Mixed aging in stainless steel vats, in wooden barrels aged with 2 wines and new barrels. Ratio 70% stainless steel and 30% wooden barrels in the blend. Slight sulphiting at bottling. A very pale yellow color. The nose is open, expressive, with a floral dominance complemented by more exotic notes of lychee. The palate is straight, fine and elegant.
