Rosé Wine - Still - 2021 - 75cl - L'Originelle - IGP Méditerranée

The L'Originelle cuvée is a unique blend of Ugni Blanc and Grenache Noir. First of all, old vines of Ugni blanc: over 50 years old, this vine benefits from an east-west orientation on predominantly clay-limestone soil with a small sandy part on a slight slope. For the Grenaches, it's a more complicated, stony plot with good ripeness at the key for a vine that is over 25 years old. The 2021 vintage regains the very pale pink color characteristic of Rosés from Domaine Beauvence: it offers an intense, warm nose, with aromas of peach and pear. The palate is fresh, long, with aromas of white fruits. The finish is fresh, tangy, with citrus notes.
