Rosé Wine - Still - 75cl - Bellimontis - AOP Luberon, Rhône Valley, France

Presentation: Bellimontis is a unique rosé cuvée, made with the estate's red grape varieties (Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault), vinified and then carefully aged partially in aged barrels: in short, a very different rosé, with a wealth of aromatic complexity for discerning connoisseurs! A limited edition of less than 1,000 bottles, a third of the blend is made with our 2023 rosé aged for 1 year in barrels, carefully and regularly stirred, the other two-thirds using our 2024 rosé. Offering a darker color than the fashionable light rosés, an expressive, powerful nose with aromas of red fruits but with a nice roundness and a good length in the mouth thanks to the contribution of the barrel to part of the blend. The 400 m altitude allows Domaine Beauvence to benefit from cool nights which bring elegance and finesse to this gastronomic rosé. Each bottle is numbered, making this vintage a treasure for lovers of exceptional rosés.
