Domaine de Bel Air – IGP Blanc 2023 – Esquisse A clear, limpid white with slightly golden highlights. The initial nose is somewhat reserved and requires light aeration before revealing its true character: an initial hint of wood blends a hint of vanilla with aromas of ripe white fruit. The palate is very enveloping. It offers a blend of ripe fruits supported by a woody note that stretches it out. A wine that will be at its best if opened a good hour before serving. Grape Variety White Vermentino Soil & Climate Farmed organically, the vineyard thrives on a clay-limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix-en-Provence. Vinification Hand-harvested grapes. The grapes are destemmed and pressed to select the first juices. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C. Serving Recommendations Serve between 10°C and 12°C.
