Domaine de Bel Air - Coteaux d’Aix – Rosé 2024 – Esquisse Beautiful salmon color A fruit immediately reminiscent of grapes provides the first note on the nose of this wine, reminiscent of ripe Grenache. The indulgence continues on the palate with a full-bodied, voluminous wine with a delicately measured bitterness. Grape varieties Cinsault 40% Grenache 35% Sauvignon blanc 25%, Soil & Climate Exploited in organic farming, the vineyard flourishes on a clay/limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence Winemaking Manual harvesting of the grapes. The grapes are destemmed and pressed in order to select the first juices.Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C. Serving Recommendations Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C.
