Domaine de Bel Air – Cuvée Domaine Rosé 2024 - IGP A pale, light rosé, reminiscent of coral. The initial nose is reminiscent of dried fruits and almonds, then slowly evolves into very light and fresh notes. The palate, built on freshness and lightness, offers a gentle roundness, which persists with a salivating finish. Grape varieties Cinsault 40% Grenache 35% Sauvignon blanc 25%, Soil & Climate Exploited in organic farming, the vineyard flourishes on a clay/limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence Winemaking Manual harvesting of the grapes. The grapes are destemmed and pressed in order to select the first juices.Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18°C. Serving Recommendations Serve chilled between 10°C and 12°C.
