Domaine de Bel Air - IGP, Red 2023 Bright, medium-bodied garnet red color Very expressive nose of dried flowers, fresh almond, supported by a sappy menthol, and a hint of blond tobacco leaf On the palate, the attack is delicate and elegant, the tannins are supple and fresh, the overall effect is thirst-quenching, and offers a beautiful expression of ripe, carefully aged grapes.   Grape varieties Syrah 90% Grenache 10%, Soil & Climate Exploited in organic farming, the vineyard flourishes on a clay/limestone terroir on the southern slopes of Aix en Provence Winemaking Manual harvesting of the grapes. The grapes are destemmed then vatted.Maceration and vinification last almost 3 weeks. 40% of this wine is aged in barrels for 1 year. Serving Suggestion Serve at 18°C Food and Wine Pairings Grilled vegetables, grilled meat, and for cheese, Brie or Coulommiers. For dessert, serve with red fruits and chocolate, or chocolate mousse.
