Cultivated for four generations, Domaine Bid'gi is now over 100 years old because it was acquired in 1909 by the Bideau-Giraud ancestors.

The vineyard was taken over by Daniel Bideau and Marie-Béatrice Giraud in 1984. It now has 53 hectares of vines qualified as Ecologically Sustainable Agriculture, including 25 hectares in organic farming since 2010. The vineyard is located on a very old plateau dating from the Armorican Massif, facing south-east, the soil is made up of 3 different terroirs: Orthogneiss, Amphibolite and Micaschist.

The production is divided 80% into Muscadet Sèvre and Maine Sur lie, 10% in Pinot gris grape variety, IGP of the Loire Valley, and 10% in Colombard VDF grape variety as well as a Traditional Method "Champerlé". All the wines are produced at the property.
