Located in Villelongue-d'Aude, a small typical village in the heart of the Cathar Country, our vineyard extends over hillsides between oak forests and garrigue. The climate there is Mediterranean with an oceanic tendency. With the southern sun and the cool altitude of the hills, the ideal conditions are met for the perfect ripening of the grapes used to make our sparkling wines.
