 Grape varieties: Syrah, Braucol, Duras Type of Soil: Gravel clay Yield: 50 hl / hectare Age of vines: Between 15 and 25 years Vinification: Harvest at maturation, long cold maceration, regulated fermentation, breeding and aging for 12 months in vats.
 Keeping: 4 to 5 years Serving temperature: 15 to 18°C Tasting: Beautiful ruby ​​color, brilliant with purple reflection. 
Nose of red fruits, blackberries, blackcurrant and spices. 
Soft and fruity on the palate, we find aromas of ripe fruit and pepper.
